+Project designer on several projects including retail storefront, restaurant and
residential renovations in New England.
+Duties included site and building analysis, coordinating all phases of design and
planning, meeting with clients, creating 3D BIM models, and producing renderings.
+Met with city officials to obtain permits and approvals for owners.
+Reviewed local, state, and federal zoning codes while considering community
concerns to determine project design constraints.
+Select materials/ finishes/furniture/fixtures/ equipment and systems based on
technical properties and aesthetic requirements.

+Went on site visits to measure existing building conditions to update documents.
