Registered Architect with 30+years well-rounded design, technical and management experience in
architecture. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including design and construction
documents, construction phase administration, client, project and personnel management, knowledgeable
with CADD and management software. Worked on a broad range of projects from conceptual or design

DETAILED EXPERIENCE

included project coordination & scheduling in programming, schematic design & design development,
production of working drawings & specifications, contract negotiations, interfacing with clients, contractors
& building officials, Selected materials and products coordination of consultants & other disciplines, the
processing of shop drawings & field observations. Provided leadership to team members in the
development of the design, details, and documentation of the project. Reviewed construction documents
to assure completion and quality of the project documents. Provided technical assistance to staff in
fulfilling project responsibilities. Developed and produced detailing by hand and on CAD. Mentored junior
