 Supply the MiraCosta Food Services Department with
fruits and vegetables for student consumption.
 Supply the Plant Nursery with potted edible plants for
sale to the public which will support the Horticulture
Department.
 Sell the garden harvest to local Restaurants or local
Farmers' Market to support the activities of the
Horticulture Department (long term).
