2. ABOUT ME
HOW I GOT HERE
Spent nearly 20 years leading teams with some of the nation’s most
prominent healthcare and technology companies.
When founding my company, JF Marketing, my vision was to create a
small, data-driven, agile marketing support agency that allows small
business to learn and grow the same way large businesses do.
My expertise is in creating a marketing-driven organization in both
behavior and culture
Exemplify customer-centric sales and support
Rely on relevant, measurable impact
Ensure cost control, reduction and avoidance
strategies
3. WHAT MAKES ME UNIQUE
PRACTICAL DEPLOYMENT OF AGILE
MARKETING
1. Minimize time spent on unnecessary overhead
Excessive documentation, perfunctory meetings, or overly
formal protocols between stakeholders.
2. Break big projects into smaller deliverables
instead of having to wait three months for a big project to be
delivered, smaller iterations of that project can be delivered
within days or weeks.
3. Eliminate interrupt-driven fire drills that sap
productivity
At the end of each 2-4 week sprint, there’s an explicit
opportunity to rearrange priorities for the next sprint. In
exchange, the team is usually not interrupted while they’re in
the middle of a sprint.
