SUMMARY
I oversee two departments in two separate facilities which are the Filling and Dough Departments. I also
assist the Research and Development Director as an R&D Technician in addition to my supervisory work.
I have the ability to oversee and fill-in for supervisors in other areas of the facility. I also work with and
report to the Vice President of Operations on a daily basis along with the Plant Manager. Table Talk
Supervisors oversee the production of over millions of sweet goods on a weekly basis. I have an
extremely strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. My career goals are to advance in the
food industry or manufacturing process.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Research and Development Technician

Responsibilities include:
Work with the sales team and R&D Manager to assemble, pack and ship all sample requests.
Work with quality control to make sure all necessary specimens are labeled and prepared for
analysis.
Document all changes in formulas for samples.
Conduct routine tests on fillings (viscosity,microscopy of starch molecules).
Work with the HACCP Team on any changes on product formulation.
Work with Marketing and R&D Manager on new projects and formulas, new product ideas, new
product designs.
Understand the functionality of equipment used on production lines and gain a clear
understanding of production so when new products are created they will transfer seamlessly to the
production environment.
Train employees in Filling/Dough Department of new procedures.
Design and develop procedures of new product formulations.

The Filling/Dough Department and production supervisors’ primary responsibility is to ensure that the
production departments have all the necessary ingredients ready for approximate bake times. Also
responsible for all foremen working in production. The Supervisor reports directly to the Plant Manager.
