Carlos Meza, MBA
Carlos is an experienced corporate banker that has
provided financing to and worked with more than 300
management teams over the last 13 years. During his
career Carlos has screened hundreds of different
businesses and managed over $5Bn in assets. Carlos
has been involved in multiple Private Equity transactions
including Management Buy-Outs and Leveraged Buy-
Outs. In Legado, Carlos will look after finance, accounting,
capital sourcing, and investor relations.
Jeff Blacklock, P.Eng, MBA
Jeff brings a tremendous wealth of operations and
managerial experience to Legado’s team. During his
most recent roles as VP Engineering and Operations
Manager for a mid-size Oilfield Services company, Jeff
grew his team from 12 to 120 people while the firm’s
output increased 8x. Jeff’s expertise in lean
manufacturing, R&D and operating efficiency will be
fundamental in the processes of value creation through
operational improvement.
