Overview
The Madison-Davis Group is an executive search firm servicing the Financial
Services and Fortune 500 industries. We employ teams with a vertical
presence in Equipment Leasing, Operational Excellence, Corporate Finance,
and Financial Compliance. Our ability to identify and qualify candidates
utilizing our proprietary data base and internet based research tools exceeds
that of our competitors.
We employ a staff of twenty (20) account executives whose responsibilities are
divided by product and industry boundaries and who are continually
identifying potential candidates throughout the United States.
Our research staff enables us to gather up-to-date client information as well as
provide effective and timely candidate references.
Fiscal 2014 produced $6.5 million of fee income

The Madison-Davis Group, Inc. has long embraced the challenge of
being an integral component for the staffing of our clients
professional needs throughout the United States. For a process of
this nature to be effective, the consideration of time and
communication will be the key elements to its success. Therefore,
both parties must be willing to devote the energies and forward
thinking which are necessary to save interview hours and
corporate profits. Our search products include information and
documentation that enable the client to fill a position with a
greater sense of the market and a strong satisfaction with the
process.
The Search Process
Phase I
• Establish and agree upon position criteria.
• Isolate key skills and “fit” requirements.
• Develop initial candidate list by cross referencing competitive
organizations and our candidate database
• Identify new candidates at targeted companies
• Identify passive candidates via research tools
Phase II
• Qualify interested candidates
• Quietly check references informally
• Identify potential issues and barriers
• Present referral slate of candidates to include resume and
profiles.
• Coordinate interview schedule
Phase III
• Re-define potential issues and barriers
• Coordinate additional round interviews.
• Review feedback to define finalists.
• Formally check references
• Negotiate offer

capital markets compliance, control room, fixed income compliance, surveillance, SOX,
investment adviser, advisory services and 1940 Act roles.

Our Equipment Leasing/Secured Lending Division is responsible for 58% of all fees
generated by Madison-Davis.
Our client base is comprised of national, international and regional banks, along with
independent finance companies. Our success is the result of understanding the needs of
our clients and the ability to consistently identify “the needle in the haystack”.
Within the previous year, we have completed assignments in the United States, England,
Germany, China, Brazil and Australia.
