Job Profile and Key Responsibilities:
 Preparation of quarterly and annually, Consolidated Financial Statement of the Group
under IGAAP and getting reviewed and cleared by the auditors (EY).
 Integral part of 4 member team responsible for transition to Ind-AS for HCLT.
 As part of Ind AS transition, actively involved in
 Identification and quantification of GAAP differences
 Selection, validation and preparation of justification notes for mandatory and
optional exemptions for choices taken by the company
 Preparation of transition date financial statement including reconciliation with
previous GAAP balance sheet as per Ind AS complied schedule III
 Forecasting and addressing system issues in SAP and BPC during transition
 Addressing challenges in multicurrency group accounting environment.
 Finalization of accounting treatment for other than routine transactions (both under
USGAAP and IGAAP) such as business acquisition, accounting of ESOP through Trust
etc.
 Finalization of consolidation principles for new legal entity on the basis of
understanding of typical agreements under IGAAP, USGAAP and Ind AS.
 Preparation of accounting memos for management and auditors following any
change in reporting requirement or audit observations.
 Preparation of IGAAP and USGAAP reconciliation as on each quarterly reporting date.
 Ensure all compliances relating to Financial Reporting format and disclosures and
getting annual clearance on same from Technical Review team of EY.
