Special Requirements
1. They would like to combine the receptionist, nurses station and business office It should include a triage area for
nurses and physicians to update charts make phone calls, etc. consequently, that station must be centrally and
uniquely situated to perform all functions.
2. The exam rooms and the consulting offices must have acoustic privacy.
3. There should be a secondary entrance/exit for staff and for laboratory pick-up, deliveries, etc. that does not
require going through the reception/waiting area
4. All patient areas shall be barrier-free in concept and dimension.
