We have been pioneering carbon footprint
reduction for many years and still do so today.
Our carbon output is monitored by external
consultants every year, and from these figures we
plan future reductions.

Our company has supported a project in Lesotho
for many years, supplying trees to plant in the area
and buying smoke reducing stoves for the villagers

skilled repro technicians who pride themselves on
their ability to handle artwork files in virtually any

Artwork files, ripped for proofing purposes, can
be sent back to clients in whatever format they

Using advanced CTP equipment we can produce
litho printing plates without human intervention.

controlled by a state of the art software package

new heights with LED UV
Our state of the art print rooms deliver
outstanding benefits to our clients. Exceptional
quality litho, wide format and digital print,
short lead times and great customer service, all
delivered with as little impact on the environment
as possible.
Whatever your requirement, the print room will
deliver a fantastic result. We view our policy of
equipment renewal and planned maintenance
programmes as fundamental to the efficiency and
reliability of our print unit, and we run two shifts
per day from 6.00am until 10.00pm to ensure we
meet clients’ deadlines without fail.
For customers who have come to rely on the
high standards of our traditional print, sheet fed
lithographic printing remains a mainstay of the
BB Press portfolio, where our commitment to
delivering the very finest quality output is the same
today as it ever was.
In August 2014 we installed the first LED UV press
in the UK with a second press in November. This
brand new technology produces fantastic results
on a wide range of stock particularly uncoated
and synthetic papers. Because the ink is dry as it
hits the sheets, there is no need for spray powder,
or coatings, and printed sheets can be handled
immediately.

to finish
Unlike many printers, we keep all our finishing
and bindery services in-house so that we control
the entire process and avoid reliance on third
party input that can complicate and delay the
process.
Our comprehensive range of finishing services
includes laminating, die cutting, collating, high
speed stitching, multi-plate folding, perfect binding
and a whole lot more.
Retaining this important element of the business
in-house enables us to control quality standards
more rigidly. Time and cost savings combined with
reliability mean we never let our clients down with
either the quality of product or timing of delivery.
Our skilled and flexible workforce is hugely
experienced in hand finishing and ‘bench work’.
In addition we provide cost efficient fulfilment
services including shrink or mail wrapping. We can
also mail merge data files to produce personalised
letters, labels, carrier sheets and mailsort mailing.

and our own fleet of vehicles drivers supported
by courier services from one of the UK’s leading
carriers, we can stock, call off and deliver to order

regular routes to most parts of the country by our
own fleet of vehicles and drivers.
We also partner with a respected national carrier
under contract to complement our own delivery
