I have worked with James Hodgkin and his team from E I Lincs in respect of them
being a key sub-contractor on several schemes that Care UK have built over the last
two years working with various main contractors.
I have been very pleased with the approach that James takes with being a key sub-
contractor in that he comes across as very approachable and none contractual which
leads to a very proactive way of working through a schemes when on site.
The quality of the work has always been of a high standard and I can also rely on his
company for good advice in relation to any specification changes etc that may arise as
when during live schemes.
James and his team have also proved to be very helpful after practical completion at
short notice when I have been faced with some ‘last minute’ changes etc.
