What is an Assignment Letter?
An Assignment letter is a contract between you and your employer outlining the terms of your
assignment. It outlines the benefits you can expect from your employer, as well as your compensation
during the term of your assignment.
Why do I need to sign my Assignment Letter?
Your assignment letter is similar to the contract you signed when you became employed by your
company. It sets clear expectations for both you and your employer, and provides a legal framework for
how decisions should be handled.
How do I sign it?
