Personnel Management
Played a key role in the transformation and reorganization of a 528 employee organization. Developed and
implemented policies to streamline training, new employee integration, employee relations, career development,
education, family support and morale, awards, and promotions. Results: The organization transformed from an
organization providing general personnel and equipment support to an organization providing specialized problem solving
and solutions with no degradation in efficiency and seamless client support to existing and new clients during the
transformation.
Leveraged developing technologies to improve organizational efficiency and communications. Researched and
implemented use policies for Adobe Connect to telecommunicate with my subordinate departments located across the
country of Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan as well as procuring and distributing equipment required for full scale
implementation. Results: Nearly eliminated the requirement for personnel travel for meetings, reducing operational costs
by 15%, while increasing overall personnel safety due to less required travel in an extremely hostile environment.
Developed a very successful training and development program within the organization. Designed a mentorship
and training plan for junior leaders and potential leaders to develop professionally, socially, and financially. The training
plan became the standard development program for all new employees. Results: The program led to the
recommendation of eight employees for promotion and to the assumption of supervisory positions outside of their skillsets
for an additional eleven employees, allowing the organization to promote from within. 58 employees successfully
completed required career development training courses with 25% exceeding the course standards.
Supervised the relocation of 350 employees from the Iraq Theater of Operations back to the United States.
Coordinated the logistics and tracked the movement of 350 employees from Iraq, through Kuwait and Ireland, and finally
2. to the United States. Results: 100% of the personnel and equipment arrived in the United States on time and without
incident over a three day period.
Optimized document tracking and evaluation trigger point detection. Analyzed the efficiency of document filing and
evaluation timeliness to identify problems and choke points with the existing tracking systems. Implemented controls to
alleviate the misfiling of documents and the late submissions of performance evaluations. Results: Reduced the
instances of misfiled documents and 100% on time submission of 113 performance evaluations over a s even month
period.
Telecommunications and Information Technologies Management
Optimized tactical telecommunications and automation for an 88 member task force in an austere, highly volatile,
and fluid environment. Developed and conducted communications and computer training for 88 personnel, on six
different communications systems, for deployment to Iraq. Also trained 13 Iraqi National Police on operational tactics,
techniques and procedures of commercial high frequency radio systems. Planned and managed the Blue Force Tracker
program ensuring accurate convoy tracking across the country of Iraq. Results: 100% communications up time and
100% network availability for over 400 patrols over a 12 month deployment to Iraq, and allowed Iraqi Police to
communicate with allied personnel.
Expanded network availability to remote locations. Supervised the procurement of over $14M in equipment and the
implementation and integration of three networks consisting of Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP), Secure Voice Over
Internet Protocol/Voice Over Secure Internet Protocol (SVOIP/VoSIP) and 900 pieces of Thin Client equipment. Results:
Reduced the cost of network maintenance and expanded the network to numerous remote locations, this was the first
location in the United States Army European Command to accomplish this. Plan became the standard communications
compliment of equipment for all Combat Training Centers in the United States.
Performed duties as the telephone control officer, frequency manager and system administrator. Was trained and
appointed the Information Assurance Security Officer. Supervised the coordination of 500 telephone communication
terminals, Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRnet), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRnet),
and Coalition SharePoint Portals. Coached and mentored the unit Frequency Manager on the creation and
implementation of HOPSET/LOADSET using the Automated Communications Engineering Software (ACES). Results:
Facilitated the training, certification and deployment of an Army National Guard organization to Kosovo.

training web site that was used for pre-deployment training, refresher training during the deployment and new personnel
training after deployment. Managed the lifecycle replacement and migration of 281 computer systems and the
reactivation of 1,500 user accounts after deployment with minimal down time. Results: Enabled the organization to
redeploy from Iraq and be 100% operational the day after arrival back in the United States, also, the organization
achieved and maintained the highest Information Assurance compliance statistics at Fort Stewart, Georgia.
Facilitated intelligence gathering. Aggressively ensured the 100% operational availability of the Global Broadcast
System equipment during a 12 month deployment to Iraq. Results: Enabled the organization to receive real time media
feeds from global government and non-government media sources.

first served for trouble tickets reported to the office. Ensured that everyone was trained in all office responsibilities to the
customer. Trained and implemented a training team specifically responsible for training the organization’s senior staff to
proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and any specific software packages required for separate departments to function.
Maintained general office files and incoming and outgoing mail. Used exemplary clerical skills to proofread and
recommend changes as required for all correspondence originating from that office. Maintained the check register,
