4. ABOUT NETAJI SUBHAS UNIVERSITY
Netaji Subhas University is the first premier and one of the
best University in Jharkhand, with a venerable legacy, highest
academic standards, diverse educational programmes,
distinguished faculty, illustrious alumni, varied co-curricular
activities and modern infrastructure stands as the pride of
Jharkhand and Eastern India. This is one of the best University
in Jamshedpur which emerges as a symbol of excellence,
integrity and openness of mansa (thought), vaacha (speech)
and karmana (action).
Sri, Madan Mohan Singh, the Chancellor of the University,
realising the importance of distinguished faculty to act as role
models, relentlessly searched for talent all over the country
and roped in people of eminence for this University.
The campus now spreads over 25 acres of lush green hilly

campus blend attractively with the beautiful natural

5. ABOUT XPLORE
XPLORE 7.0, 2K20 now in its 7th reincarnation
has come a long way from being just any other
cultural festival. Even though we are amidst a
pandemic, we see no reason to not keep the
spirit alive. This year we will be conducting our
annual cultural fest virtually. It is here that the
participants get a chance to test their mettle
against the best from all over India and also
significantly it is here that the participants get to
live life and enjoy it like never before. XPLORE
7.0 2K20 brings to you exaltation and promises
you to forget all yours worries through its
exhilarating rock shows, liberating classical
performances, modish fashion shows, and lot
more. XPLORE always strive to fulfill its social
responsibilities. With its seamless blend of
competitive bout and incessant exuberance.
XPLORE provides the perfect platform to
budding students to show their mettle and also
extol their euphoria.

• UNDERGRADUATE 3RD YEAR

9. This year, XPLORE will operate in three different rounds.
Events taking place in the first round participants will have to
upload their particular event performance during the course of
online registration process itself. No changes will be accepted once
your event performance is submitted. The registration or entries
will be in the form of pre- recorded videos or images and will be
evaluated by our esteemed judges for the respective events in the
first round.
In second round selected students performance will be posted on
our college social media platform, on which participants has to get
likes which will be used for final round judgment with our jury
judgment.
The final round of our plan is round three. Only live performance
will be conducted on video-conferencing platform for the events of
this round. Certain events will be in the uploading format like it was
in round one.

10. • Any kind of misbehaviour will not be entertained and
strict actions will be taken towards those who do so.
• Participants are advised to choose a quiet area to
minimise background noise while recording.
• Registrations will be accepted on a first come first serve
basis during the online registrations.
• Participants must adhere to the given time limit for all
the events (pre-recorded performance), failing which
will lead to consequences.
• Judges’ and Organisers’ decision will be final and
binding.

• Disrespect shown to the Organising Committee will
lead to disqualification.
• The Organising Committee holds the right to disqualify
the participants.
• All the personal details mentioned while registering
should be true and fair, failing to which will lead to
disqualification.
• Any kind of obscenity, vulgarity or misbehaviour will
not be tolerated and will lead to disqualification at the
discretion of the Judges and/ or the Organisers.
• Transparent and low-neck clothing is not allowed.

Round – 2. Qualified participants performance will be posted by
us on our social media handle and links will be shared to
participants individually, where participants has to get likes on
their performance which will be used in Round 3 judgment
with our Jury’s judgment.

Round 3
• 7th Jan, 2021 to 10th Jan, 2021 - Live Performance
