and with TAP files received from AT&T’s roaming partners through AT&T.

Description:
• The NRTRDE system enables the sending of roaming partners' call
• detail records (CDRs) to their respective home networks and
receipt of subscribers' roaming information from other networks.
• After receiving roaming CDRs from roaming partners, the NRTRDE
system sorts them and converts filtered roaming CDRs into TD.35
format.
• The system also handles the sending of roaming partners' call
detail records (CDRs) to their respective home networks within 4
hours of the call-end time, receives File Delivery report and Error
report from home networks.
• For received FDR file, NRTRDE system cross check whether any
files which are not received by the operator in the time span given
in FDR, then distributor will resend those files.
• For received ER file, the NRTRDE system analyzes them and
converter would reprocess the file and send it home partner again
by the distributor.
• NRTRDE system generates the File Delivery report and Error report
in case of any error in CDR/file and sends to respective roaming
partners.

Description:
• ARICENT RSS is a cognizant and robust system for the roaming
settlement between operators as per the GSM roaming standards.
• It comprises of major features like Roaming Settlement as per GSM
TAP standards, In-roaming settlement, Out-roaming settlement,
HUR Generation, Extensive Report Generation and Interface to
other BSS systems.
• RSS TAP engine generates the TAP_OUT files from the ASCII CDRs
collected from Mediation system and performs rating based on the
bilaterally agreed plan. RSS TAP engine has separate processes for
generating TAP OUT and for validating and duplicate checking of
the TAP-IN files from the partners.
• RSS Collector allows collecting raw CDRs, TAPIN files, RAP files
from different configurable path using bulk data transfer protocol.
The Collector support FTP and SFTP interfaces to fetch data from
configured location. Tracks price/tariff information of various
services.
• ARICENT RSS Rating engine also provides the ability to rate based
on Duration, volume, Service type, Different destinations.
