Homeless advocates have said a lack of affordable housing in the islands remains the single biggest reason so many find themselves on the streets.
Due to beach “open” and “closed” times hobos must move a lot.
The locals don’t like the hobos because its bad for tourism.

2. Hawaii fly's hobos away for free due to high cost of living.
