⬩ Eating vegetables every day is important for health. They provide
essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients, such as antioxidants
and fiber. Research consistently shows that people who eat at least 5
servings of vegetables a day have the lowest risk of many diseases,
including cancer and heart disease.
⬩ Vegetables are important sources of many nutrients, including
potassium, dietary fiber, folate (folic acid), vitamin A, and vitamin C.
Diets rich in potassium may help to maintain healthy blood pressure.

⬩ Eggplant fries are a great and quick way to enjoy a delicious
and nutritious merienda. Many people tend not to enjoy
eggplant because of its slimy texture; admittedly it’s not
everyone’s favorite vegetable to find on the dining table. But
these crunchy, crispy fries are a sure winner for both kids and
adults.

Lumpiang Ubod
“

⬩ Lumpiang Ubod is a version of Lumpiang Sariwa that makes use
of hearts of palm (ubod ng nyog) as filling. I love making this on a
weekend with the entire family. We usually enjoy this for lunch
along with grilled pork and cassava cake for dessert.
⬩ There are three simple processes involved when making fresh
lumpia. First is cooking the filling. This involves sautéing the hearts
of palm with the protein ingredients along with shrimp and
carrots.

⬩ Kalabasa and Corned Beef Nuggets can be a good alternative
to chicken nuggets, just for a change. This recipe is simple and
straightforward. You should be able to make your own
homemade vegetable nuggets with corned beef from scratch in
less than 30 minutes.
⬩ These nuggets can also be baked. Simply arrange the nuggets in
a baking tray and bake in 400F for 20 minutes. You can also pan
fry it first before baking to give it that nice golden color. There are
many ways to cook these chunks of deliciousness. By the way,
using an air fryer works too.

that is full of flavor. The recipe makes use of chicken breast as the
protein ingredient. It also utilizes chicken liver, which is an
ingredient known for providing nice flavors to dishes.

Sipo Eggs Recipe

⬩ Sipo Egg is a Filipino quail egg and shrimp recipe that originated
in Pampanga. This dish has a rich thick sauce and is also
composed of shrimp , quail eggs, and vegetables such as carrots
and green peas. It is served during special occasions. I was able
to cook the dish from ground up quickly. I find it very easy to
prepare.
⬩ There are many version and variations for this dish. This recipe is a
simple and quick version.
