Education
Jack is a graduate of the University of Alabama, born and raised near Birmingham,
Alabama. Jack attended graduate school at Virginia Commonwealth University and is a
Charted Property Casualty Underwriter. He also has an Associate in Claims
Administration and Associate in Risk Management Designations He also is a Certified
Safety and Risk Management Professional.
Experience:
Jack has over 40 years of experience in the Insurance and Risk Management Industry.
Jack has spent the first 18 years with Liberty mutual where he gained company
experience in sales, underwriting, and management.
Jack left Liberty Mutual in 1993 to form his own Risk Management Firm called
Corporate Risk Partners. This company specialized in safety, loss control, and
insurance program management for Transportation, Habitational, and Hospitality
companies.
In 2001 he changed the name of the company to Premier Risk Services of Georgia, and
then purchased a wholesale program insurance agency in 2003. This company
became of member of the Greenwich Group of Companies until Jack sold the company
in 2007.
During this period of time Jack Developed Several New insurance programs and in
2005 he help start a US Based Insurance Company called Advanced Risk Concepts,
Inc. For Advanced Risk Concepts, Jack managed the excess over retention placements
and the liability claims of the company. He also placed business in the company.
In 2007 Jack went to work with Casualty Surety Inc., of Birmingham Alabama where he
worked as Vice President and Chief Underwriter and Marketing person for all
Habitational and Senior Citizen Housing programs which were wholesaled to insurance
agents until CSI was sold in Feb of 2011.
In Feb of 2011 Jack Joined The McLaughlin Company of Washington DC to work on
programs for senior housing and larger corporate accounts for McLaughlin.
IN 2015 McLaughlin was sold to another firm and Jack returned to independent
consulting until the time he started with MPR Fintra, Inc. and WaterColor Management
in October of 2015.
Jacks primary responsibility for WCM is to develop new insurance programs and
expand the retail agent base all across the US.

2. Accomplishments:
Jack has developed many wholesale insurance programs over his time in the industry,
here are just a few of the categories:

 Hospitality
 Habitational
 Vocal and Instrumental Bands and Groups
 Manufacturing
 Engineers
 Real Estate Management Companies
In all Jack has developed over 15 Property and Casualty Insurance Programs for the
agent based insurance industry.
In addition he has been responsible for several Safety and Loss Control Programs
developed for associations and individual clients for compliance and loss control
purposes.
Jack also developed a captive insurance program for Senior Housing called SeniorPro
Insurance. It was sold in 2010.
Personal:
Jack and his wife Betty now live in New Port Richey Florida where he keeps his office
for MPR Fintra, Inc which is headquartered in Boca Raton Florida. He has one son,
Brian who lives and works in Atlanta Georgia, and one daughter, Joanna who lives and
works in Tampa Florida.
