The Royal Bourbon winery in Partinico, Italy is a unique monument that has historical, architectural, and technological value. The structure consists of a sixteenth century building and a "Real Cantina" built in the early nineteenth century using industrial revolution ideas. The "Real Cantina" was where the vinification process took place. The winery has three modules on three levels that allowed the processed grapes to slide between floors without effort or additional costs, and the basement provided cool storage to preserve the wine well.
