Description: This is a lead role, one will you will be part of the local executive team working
closely with the General Manager while reporting to an offsite human resource executive. The
GM will rely on you as a strategic partner; overseeing the day to day HR functions while
managing the plant operations effect on long term employment issues. This position should be
a career move which should lead to executive level opportunities. Some of the areas you will
assist in or take the lead in are: Designing training programs and safety policies, Employee
tracking, Employee benefits, Employee corrective measures, Report generation, System
upgrades, Departmental budgeting along with the ideas you bring with you. This is a true

Qualifications:
     BA/BS Degree
     Minimum of 5 years Human Resource experience within a manufacturing environment
     Strong organizational development skills
     Strong Human Resource Generalist background

Compensation is commensurate with experience with bonus structure along with complete
benefits and relocation assistance.
