comes to their holidays - 57% would be open to
trying new destinations for their next holiday
and 29% prefer “non-typical” destinations
Commuters are fashion forward with 1 in 6 giving
advice to friends and family. Quality is key with 1
in 5 always on the look out for new pieces
81% of commuters tend to stick to healthy foods,
with 62% doing some form of sport or exercise at
least once a week
Technology is key for commuters – especially new
technology with over half saying they embrace it and
1 in 4 willing to pay a premium for it
Commuters are also keen gift givers with 89%
of commuters saying they would buy gifts on
impulse for friends/family – the majority (63%)
saying they would buy them from a train station
