17. Proses Pembentukan perilaku
Rogegers (1974) mengungkapkan bahwa sebelum orang mengadopsi perilaku
baru (berperilaku baru), di dalam diri orang tersebut terjadi proses berurutan,
yakni :
1. Awarness (kesadaran), yakni orang tersebut menyadari dalam arti
mengetahui
2. Stimulus objek terlebih dahulu
3. Interest, yakni orang mulai tertarik kepada stimulus
4. Evalation (menimbang-nimbang baik dan tidaknya stimulus bagi dirinya )
5. Trial, orang telah mulai mencoba perilaku tersebut
6. Adotion, subjek telah berperilaku baru sesuai dengan pengetahuan,
kesadaran dan sikap terhadap stimulus.

1. Teori Insting, teori ini disampaikan oleh Mc Doughall, yang
menyatakan bahwa isting adalah perilaku yang innate atau bawaan,
insting tersebut akan berubah dikarenakan adanya pengalaman.
2. Teori dorongan bertolak pada pandangan bahwa setiap organisme
memiliki dorongan tertentu, dorongan tersebut berkaitan dengan
kebutuhan-kebutuhan yang mendorong organisme tersebut
berprilaku.
3. Teori kognisi, disebut juga dengan teori Kohler.
