Job Description

Job Description1 The project born to create a direct link between the university students and
companies. The intern will be the leader of 3 Italian students of MBA(Industrial
Economics class).
Job Description2 Build Your Business is a project in collaboration with CNA(Confederazione
Nazionale dell'Artigianato Piccola e Media Impresa), an umbrella organization.
Job Description3 Teams will work on the market analysis of a specific company for letting them
export worldwide.The team will organize themselves the working hours to achieve
the weekly plan.
Job Description4 The interns will autonomously organize themselves with the companies and
collaborate with their respective team.
Job Description5 Aiesec Ancona will manage the meetings and conference between companies
and Italian teams,along with the partnership of the CNA tutor.
Job Description6 Each team will be coached by a university professor of Industrial Economics class
and one tutor of CNA. Both of them will define the strategic part of the work that
need to be done.
Measurable results expected
from the intern
The measurable results are: - finding concrete solutions for the company to carry
out in the short term; - create a final and professional report of the internship
done; - create a professional press conference as the project will have a huge
external relevance; - create and bond the team to the final objective.
Learning points that the intern
might obtain during the

The Key Learning Points of this internship are: - to understand better how to
manage an international team; - how to approach to a different company reality; -
to improve presentation and communicative skills; - how to see the different
perspective of working.
