Background
In Adana and Diyarbaır regions some cities fast ethernet links are connected
to RNC by Methroethernet data network.
On all of these cities there is a common HSUPA throughput problem which
perceived by subscirbers.
Due to this low throughput problem ssv/site acceptances are delayed for a
very long time. It also affects cluster acceptance tests.
VF Transmission team and regional teams are also aware of this problem.

RESULT
Before the optimization NodeB was using ME link
for data traffic and within this topology SSV results
were not as desired.
After optimization NodeB’s all traffic is being
carried on new STM-1 LL link and SSV results are
improved.
