Fold backwards along line 1, then along lines 2, 3 and 4 - this should produce a square.
Fold frontwards along line 5, then along lines 6, 7 and 8 - this should produce a smaller square.
Fold across the square, so the names meet; unfold.
Repeat the fold cross-wise; unfold.
