Outreach Representative Internship
I contacted about 75 prospects a day explaining the heating oil program and enrolling them. I explained to
prospects the benefits of joining Heat USA using Nyserda, the BBB website, and by reviewing contract stipulations
from competitive oil companies through personal experience in the oil industry. I helped members reach a
compromise with their oil companies in order to get service and oil. Additionally, I worked with over 150 full
service oil companies and helped 80,000 members maintain service contracts,obtain oil, and resolve problems that
arose.
