By 2014, 64% of national government portals provided integrated links to archived information about disadvantaged groups. E-government can help governments deliver more effective and inclusive public services, increase transparency, and promote economic growth and disaster management. The top-ranked countries for online services in 2014 were France, Singapore, and South Korea due to their integrated e-services, mobile apps, and e-participation opportunities.
