functions to enable each job to be monitored from receipt of work request to
final invoicing. Customized reports and dashboards keep you informed in real
time on issues that are important to you.

management enabling your organization to protect and preserve its investment.
Asset Management has been using digital pen technology where information is
captured at source and uploaded to our system using the mobile phone network,

single reliable source. And has at its disposal, highly skilled, time served and
directly employed service team throughout our operational area.
Our bespoke web enabled DiMS database allows all of our contact centre staff, as
well as our operating branches and associates workforce to continually update
the progress of specific jobs. We can also offer clients access to this database
through a log in facility which is totally security protected.

3.1 Maintenance Module
In terms of maintenance services, we provides a few modules including asset
module, work request module, work order module and preventive module. Even

helps clients solve their day to day limitation and problems; making their work
and job become easier, smoother and well organizes.

3.2 Asset Module
User interface consist of an application to upload asset list into the database.
Haemodialysis assets are an asset that has a direct contact with the treatment of
dialysis.
These assets can be referred to as haemodialysis machines, reverse osmosis
system, reprocessing machines and weighing machines.
Non-haemodialysis assets are an asset that does not have a direct contact with
dialysis treatment. These assets can be referred to as air-conditioning unit,
transportation vehicle, civil works, and mechanical works as well as plumbing and
electrical works.
