We’re delighted to be here today to announce our partnership with OneMedicalGroup. OMG are a national family-owned health and wellbeing organisation. They offer a unique combination of services and expertise through our four divisions covering workforce solutions, wellness and prevention, estates and premises optimisation, development and investment, and data-driven care models. They provide a number of NHS commissioned throughout the Country including primary and urgent care services.
We look forward to further strengthening our partnerships with health and social care organisations to deliver best in class support services for staff wellbeing and performance. Specifically working with their workforce division, led by Caroline, together we believe we have a fantastic opportunity to develop and deliver innovate workforce solutions.
I would now like to hand over to Caroline, who has deep domain expertise, to share her insights.
Caroline to outline challenges are they are today – We’ve delivered training to thousands of clients across health and social care and from personal experience, e-learning is often used for a whole host of training, from management and leadership to the mandatory topics such as health and safety or safeguarding.
Training is dull, repetitive, it isn’t personalised to the user (We all learn in different ways – ref: VARK model of learning styles) and ultimately isn’t memorable.
As an HR professional I passionately believe that people learn more then they engage, when they can relate to a topic, when it’s relevant to their work their job or their home life.
We’ve adopted this approach and have been delivering face to face training and development, and now we’re delighted to be working with Rescon to take our approach one step further.
We’ve created a home for learning and development across health and social care.
User can share their experiences with one another, tell their story, watch videos and clips from experts in the field, and can demonstrate their understanding through competency based tests. It’s a new approach to learning. It’s engaging, interactive and it’s designed to deliver enhanced learning outcomes.
