4. Announcements
Tomorrow is our Terry Fox run! We continue to
collect toonies for Terry Fox run. Remember to
wear red and white to show your Canadian
pride and bring a refillable water bottle and
extra snacks.
Please stack all chairs before going out for the
Terry Fox run.

There will be a meeting this morning for all of
the grade 7 and 8 girls who signed up for the
basketball team. Please meet Mrs. San Juan
in the Learning Centre at the beginning of
snack.

We are getting close to 100% yellow slips!
Keep bringing them in for a chance to have our
school wide pizza party!
We want your favourite recipes! Check the
website for details! Make sure your name is on
the recipe and all are due Oct. 9th!

7. Eco Daily Message
It is not an accident that the 3R’s are place in the order
that they are; Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.
The order was selected based on the importance of
each ‘R’. While recycling is certainly important and vital
to ensure we do not waste any precious resources by
allowing them to go to the landfill, the most important
action we can do is to simply reduce the amount of
waste we produce.
