or 9.9% of the total number of physicians trained in the country going abroad (Bhargava,

For several centuries India majorly has been an agricultural country. The need
of the hour is to educate the farmers, and bring about innovation in the sector
of farming to increase crop production. This in-turn leads to the increase of

•Indian farmers face a problem of small scale land holdings so research on
increasing the crop output is of utmost important
•The lands require ample amount of automation to increase crop output
•Therefore the fund allocation should be such that innovation in this field takes
places for the betterment of the country.
