2. Visit: http://www.mca.gov.in/
Go to  My Services 
Company Forms Download

3. Download Form DIR-3 ZIP and extract the
same
Open the Form in Adobe
Reader after extracting..

4. Fill the Form DIR-3
Fill the Form with name,
Fathers name, Education
Qualification, D.O.B. etc.
Click on Verify Income-Tax
PAN after entering your PAN
No.

5. DIR-3 Continued……
Enter the permanent &
present address including
phone no., Mobile no. and
E-mail ID of the applicant

6. DIR-3 Continued……
Attach Proof of
Identity and Proof
of residence duly
self attested
Affix Digital signature certificate of
Applicant

7. Proof of Residence :
• Any one of
•Passport
•Voter Identity Card
•Ration Card
•Driving License
•Electricity Bill
•Telephone Bill
• Aadhar Card
Proof of Identity:
•PAN(Mandatory for Indian Resident)
•Passport(Mandatory for Foreign nationals)
Attachments:
Please ensure:
•Documents submitted are currently valid and
not expired.
•Bank Statements, Utility Bills like telephone,
mobile, electricity bill etc. furnished as residence
proof are in the applicant's name only and not
older than two months.
•All supporting documents attached with form
DIR-3 must be duly attested by a CS or CA or
Cost Accountant, in whole-time practice.

8. Certification by CS/CA/CMA Practicing
Professionals etc.

9. DIR-3 Continued….
• After filling the Form and attaching the documents Click on
• Affix the Digital Signature Certificate of the Applicant.
• Affix the Digital Signature Certificate of the Practicing CS/CA/CMA
or Director or Company Secretary in whole time employment.
• Click on
• After getting successfully presrcutinize form you can save it and
upload on Mca.gov.in after login
• Make payment of Rs. 500/-
• You will get your DIN printed on Transaction receipt after
successful Payment
