This weekly progress report summarizes the work done from August 14-21, 2019 on the Smart Dispenser PWA. The presenter finished the UI and preference data for the Report Repair page and added the functionality to upload images and send repair reports to the database. For next week, minor bugs will be fixed, the Repairman app will be deployed to the server, the Github repositories will be transferred to another person, and preparation will begin for the final presentation.
