Gov’s auspices Runs weatherization programs, housing assistance, relationship with HUD (fed) Foreclosure prevention network OFBCI is a component agency, provides a component to this program (does not oversee it) via our website, you can see all 12 community partners overseeing volunteerism and service through this program on a local level
