This research paper proposes a system using a Raspberry Pi and camera to identify faults during the motor packing process at manufacturing facilities. By comparing images of motor nameplates captured by the camera to a database of reference images, the system can detect if the wrong motor is being packed in a box and alert operators. The goal is to automate inspection of the packing process to reduce human errors in dispatching products to the wrong customers.
