Testimonials
“Coaching has opened up and helped me to be an active listener and enabled me to realize that I may not have
solutions to everything” John Wamwati – HR Director, Family Bank of Kenya
“The coaching journey has transformed how I manage my team. I am using the coaching approach in every day
work. It has helped me free my time to focus on what my actual deliverables instead of others’, - It has opened
me up to the possibility of entrepreneurship - I am more energized to follow through on commitments that I
make realizing that makes the difference. I am a new person” Elizabeth Opee – HR Manager Africa Wildlife
Foundation
“The principle of Coaching works, and the only way for you to truly appreciate it is to go through it. It will
challenge social norms and any pre-conceptions you harbour, and in the process, deepen your understanding
and application of Coaching. If you genuinely want to unleash your potential (and that of the people around
you), then this is the program for you. You will not be the same after this.” Anthony Gacanja – HOD
Technology Security, Safaricom
“Today I can present a business proposal for coaching and get paid. This is a great effect and impact on my
life” Polycarp Koome – HR Consultant, HCS Ltd
