shallot and 5
cloves of garlic.

16. Pour the oil into the
pan and spread it
across the pan. Throw
in your garlic and
shallot to fry it until
golden brown.

17. After the garlic
has turned golden
brown, pour in the
egg from earlier
and mix it around.

cooked, put in 1-2
bowls of leftover rice,
colder rice is easier to
fry as it doesn’t clump
together.

19. Turn the stove on high
heat and start putting
that rice into its place
about 2-3 minutes,
fried rice needs heat to
be good.
20. Add ¼ teaspoon
MSG, followed by
⅕ large of soy
sauce and ½ large
of sesame oil.

21. Taste and check for salt and pepper, mix it around
for 2 more minutes so the spices spread nicely.

and some green
onion, pour that all
into the frying pan
and mix it around
again and you’re
