Don’t create an environment where your children feel like they’re being punished by not
being able to play outside or go out with friends. Make they know that if they want to stay at
home with you instead of going out, that’s fine! You’ll still love them just as much! Just
because a child is not at school doesn’t mean they’re any less important than those who are.

Be mindful of what you do for your children. If
they are not good enough to do something for
themselves , then don’t mad and force them
into doing it. Let them struggle through the
task, and help them as needed.
