I understand if I am a professional service desiring referral or outsource of HireLyrics Clients this form of
Employment Agreement does not apply to me but rather Roxanne Grinage is waiting for me to indicate my
interest in receiving HireLyrics Client referrals by me providing to Roxanne Grinage proposed contingent

agreements my own consultant agreements and if I am a vendor supplier of goods products and services that
are sold and not rendered on a contingency fee basis I must submit my fee schedules and prices to Roxanne
Grinage whose standard access practice model forbids HireLyrics Administrative Services from solicitation.
If I have chosen the option for compensating HireLyrics Administrative Services by percentage revenue share,
I swear and affirm that my ability to pay Roxanne Grinage in accordance with Deferred Compensation
Employment Agreement Percentage Share Revenue Split 72 Hours is not subject to the review or approval of
any Board of Directors, Law Firm, Investors, Shareholder Interests or other Corporate Entity, partner or
associate. I understand Roxanne Grinage has the right to lawfully sue me for my personal assets if I have
made a notarized representation that I own full rights to enter into this “HireLyrics Form Employment

MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT: Effective and strictly enforced December
25, 2011 all Professional Services All Document Product Court and Claim Forms are CONFIDENTIAL unless
expressly stated in writing by the HireLyrics Client (email is okay – not voicemail instructions – something in
writing that gives HireLyrics a written record of proof that the Federal Crime Victim Claimant who becomes a
HireLyrics Client has instructed Roxanne Grinage to publish verified claims and filings to the internet.
Roxanne Grinage will still not publish anything to the internet that is not compliant with the particular court
venue or claims complaint process HireLyrics has assisted in producing documents and compliant forms.

THIS MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (this "Agreement") is effective as of The
Effective Date of any HireLyrics Form of Professional Services Consultant Employment Agreement, or, if no
date is shown, on the date of the last signature set forth below, by and between
_________________________________________________ (“HIRELYRICS CLIENT”) and ROXANNE GRINAGE for and on
behalf of herself and all U.S. States and U.S. Department of Treasury Registered fictitious names.

WHEREAS, each party has or may acquire certain confidential and proprietary information, products
and concepts which they each desire to disclose to the other (in that capacity, the "Discloser"), and each party
is willing to confidentially accept the other's information (in that capacity, the "Recipient").

1. Definitions. "Confidential Information" is defined as any information, whether or not
marked as confidential and which is disclosed by the Discloser to a Recipient or learned by the Recipient,
including but not limited to any information relating to, products and concepts, technical advantages,
methods of production, general research and development, ideas, processes, designs, systems, manufacturing,
methods, suppliers and customers and certain other trade secrets, proprietary information and technical
know-how, whether disclosed orally, in writing or by other media. “Confidential Information” shall include a
Discloser’s trade secrets, as defined under applicable laws, if such trade secrets are identified to Recipient in
writing as trade secrets at the time of disclosure (if not so identified, such information shall still be
considered Confidential Information under the terms of this Agreement, but shall not be afforded the
protections of those sections of this Agreement applicable to trade secrets). The "Stated Purpose" for
disclosing, receiving, using or reproducing Confidential Information is to determine interest in participating
in a business relationship.


2. Confidential Treatment. Unless otherwise expressly authorized by the Discloser or
by this Agreement, a Recipient shall retain the Confidential Information in confidence, shall not disclose the
Confidential Information to any third party and shall not use or reproduce the Confidential Information for
any reason other than the Stated Purpose. These obligations with respect to the Confidential Information
shall not apply to any information that is or becomes disqualified as Confidential Information pursuant to
Paragraph 4.

4. Exception. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, each party
acknowledges that Confidential Information shall not include any information that: is or becomes publicly
known through no wrongful act on a Recipient's part; is, at the time of disclosure under this Agreement,
already known to a Recipient without any obligation restricting disclosure; is, or subsequently becomes,
rightfully and without breach of this Agreement, in a Recipient's possession without any obligation restricting
disclosure; is independently developed by a Recipient without breach of this Agreement or any other
agreement; or is explicitly approved for release by written authorization of the Discloser.

The parties understand that each of them may currently, or in the future, develop information internally, or
receive information from third parties that may be similar to the Confidential Information received from
other party. Therefore, this agreement is not to be understood or construed as a promise by either party that
the other party will not develop products (or have products developed for it) that, without violating this
agreement, compete with the products or systems contemplated or described in the Confidential Information
received from other party.

EXCEPTION EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 25, 2011. Legal Administrative Assistant Verification

without notice to publish Certified Service Distribution of Letter Notices addressed to the attention of
current Presidential Executive Officers, U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys, Governors, U.S.
Senate, Lawmakers and Special Prosecutors, Funding Source Decision Makers her knowledge of the
status of conflicts of interest, extortion, coercion threats or the names of the severely corruptly
behaving American or State Licensed Bar Association lawyers, Department of Human Services
management commissioners or their employees, or any of billing contractor found to be abusing or
defrauding a federal state or taxpayer funding source.

Roxanne Grinage will continue to provide Docket Analysis, talk radio show host and citizens blog and video
journalism comments which monitor and reports case study status updates, shares official forms, shares
learning of win and loss testimonials, shares shifts in litigation strategy based in commitment to act lawfully
but assertively within a New Civil Rights Movement wherein free and low cost collaborative powers of
internet technologies are allowing us to see New Civil Rights Heroes, including and especially documents U.S.
Dept of Justice Claim for Damages, Federal and State filings of complaints motions etc. are CONFIDENTIAL
and will not be publicly posted to internet prototype demonstration of HireLyrics administrative solutions
tool demonstrated for measuring individual accountability work ethic synergy intent malpractice regarding
official corruption fraud and civil rights. Evidence gathering depositions and expert witness testimony,
discovery, research and legal administrative verifications will continue to be inserted into U.S. Citizens Public

any claimant has satisfied and complied with the reporting and claims processing rules of U.S. Department of
Justice, U.S. Government Accountability Office, Internal Revenue Service Office of Professional Responsibility
and Information Referrals, State and Federal Courts Rules of Procedure will HireLyrics publish to the internet
the official forms filed into the various courts and claims processes.

HireLyrics Clients’ Right to Privacy or Exposure of Claims: If the HireLyrics Client expressly states (in writing
email okay) that they want their evidence as compiled and verified by Roxanne Grinage and subsequent claim
forms and court filings to be published to a case study page about their official corruption fraud civil rights
claims Roxanne Grinage will publish. However, Roxanne Grinage will also un-publish the information upon
the notice or demand of the HireLyrics Client and will not under any circumstances even if asked to do so
later invest the work to re-publish anything about the HireLyrics Client’s claims that they have indicated once
was not in their families’ best interest. Also HireLyrics does not demonstrate a U.S. Citizens controlled Public
Docket Database which is piecemeal censored or subjective for convenience of any agenda. HireLyrics Clients
are advised that all verified evidence gathered and all work done by Roxanne Grinage dba HireLyrics
Administrative Services in Docket Analysis will be published fairly and accurately or not at all. In other words
no client can ask Roxanne Grinage to edit the verified facts posted. A HireLyrics client can only ask Roxanne
Grinage to delete the url where the case study page is no longer viewable for the world to see.

6. Ownership. The Confidential Information is and shall remain at all times the exclusive
property of the Discloser. No license, express or implied, in the Confidential Information is granted to the
Recipient other than to use the Confidential Information in the manner and to the extent authorized by this
Agreement.

7. Release and Waiver. Discloser (HireLyrics Client or Prospective Client) Releases Roxanne
Grinage dba HireLyrics Administrative Services or U.S. Citizens (controlled) Public Docket Database and any
future planned Department of Justice grant funded Jobs Creation Community Development Non-Profit
structured organization on which Roxanne Grinage is a Board of Directors member, State Chapter or
Department Head from all liabilities and waives any claims that suggest unlawful or ethical dissemination of
data, evidence or information disclosed.

8. Disclosure if Required by Law. Disclosure of Confidential Information shall not be precluded
if such disclosure is in response to a valid order of a court or other governmental body of the United States or
any political subdivision thereof or is otherwise required to be disclosed by law; provided, however, that a
Recipient so required to disclose shall first give written notice to the Discloser so that the Discloser may seek
an appropriate protective order. In no event shall either party be liable for the other party’s consequential
damages, even if such party is informed of the possibility of such damages.

9. Duration At-Will Disclosure and Revisions.

(a) This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire one year after the Duration
Period of HireLyrics Form of Employment Agreement or Termination for Cause or HireLyrics Client Options
Revise or Buyout. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the protections afforded to the Confidential Information
under this Agreement are in addition to and not in lieu of the protections afforded under any applicable laws.
With regard to each item of Confidential Information identified to Recipient as a trade secret and constituting
a trade secret under applicable law, Recipient shall remain bound by all confidentiality obligations and
subject to all remedies under this Agreement at all times during the term of this Agreement and for as long
after the termination or expiration of this Agreement as such item continues to constitute a trade secret
under applicable law; and with regard to any Confidential Information other than a trade secret, Recipient
shall remain bound by all confidentiality obligations, and subject to all remedies, under this Agreement at all
times during the term of this Agreement and remain in effect as long as a Standard Form of HireLyrics
Consultant Professional Services Employment Agreement is in effect.

(c) This Agreement shall in no way require either party to disclose or receive Confidential Information.

(d) No modifications of this Agreement or waiver of any of its terms will be effective unless set forth in a
writing signed by the parties. Failure by any party to require the other to perform any of the terms of this
Agreement, or waiver by any party of any breach of this Agreement by the other shall not prevent subsequent
enforcement of such term or be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach thereof.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective
successors and permitted assigns.

(g) Each provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or
enforceability of any other provision.

(h) This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties of each party's
obligations to the others relating to Confidential Information. All prior negotiations, representations,
discussions, contracts or agreements concerning the disclosure and protection of Confidential Information by
the parties hereto are cancelled and merged herein.

(i) The headings are for reference purposes only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision
of this Agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties understand this Agreement and have caused this Agreement to
be executed by their duly authorized representatives as of the date first set forth above.

DEFINITION OF TERMS HIRELYRICS FORM OF EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
