Lall was appointed to the International Advisory
Group of the US Chamber of Commerce in
Washington DC in 2021. Lall also serves on the
Board of Directors of US Japan Business Council and
the Board of Directors of the US India Business
Council in Washington DC.
He also serves as Senior Advisor to the Center for
Commerce and Diplomacy at the University of
California San Diego as well as on the Board of the
Center for Advancing Global Business at San Diego
State University. In 2018, he was appointed by the
United States Government in a key advisory role to
the US Cabinet Secretary heading Department of
Transportation (encompassing entities like the
Federal Aviation Administration) in Washington DC
which affects US and global aviation policies and
technologies.
Lall served as Vice President of Aeronautics Strategy
and Business Development at Lockheed Martin
based in Fort Worth, Texas. Lockheed Martin is the
world’s largest defense company. Prior to that he
has served as Chief Executive of U.S. and
International Strategic Development at General
Atomics Electromagnetic Systems. From 1996-2011,
Vivek held numerous marketing and engineering
leadership roles with The Boeing Company in Seattle
including the Airplane Performance and Propulsion
Group.
He was appointed as Vice President and India
Country Head, Boeing Defense Space & Security in
May 2007. He also worked as an adjunct faculty
member at Embry- Riddle, McConnell Air Force
Base. He also served as the founding Co-Chair of the
US – India Aviation Cooperation Program launched
in 2005. Prior to Boeing he worked for Raytheon and
conducted research with NASA Ames Research
Center in various multidisciplinary engineering
fields.
Lall also was a special advisor to the United Nations
in New York, a role in which he steered the multi-
nation body frame policy and its implementation in
the area of broadband and associated cyber security
issues.

is the main motive?
In my work and life, I find that many people
live in lies, but not because they would like to,
but because they don’t know otherwise,
because they learned that way from an early
age!

I find that people don’t live their lives with this, that they don’t
know how to live at all. And my mission is to give back to people
the life they lost at birth.
2. What were your problems that showed the projective power
for the future?
People just didn’t believe me that this was possible, what I was
saying was that the main problem of humanity is that they don’t
feel life.
So I started developing products and
writing books on the subject. Many people
opposed me because they thought I was
not normal. I had to fight very hard to keep
a shaky mind and also survive financially.
So I have written more than 400 books that
have been translated into more than 15
languages. And the world began to accept
me as its savior. That’s why I was also
nominated for the Nobel Prize.

3. Tell us about your current projects?
The solution, with the liberation of people, is not just
psychotherapy; but I started to develop products to
cleanse all the senses so that people will start feeling
again. Thus, together with Al-Khaliva Business School,
we established MILAN KRAJNC AKBS INNOVATION
VENTURE LAB, where we develop; For sight, I created
books (Bookstore.mk), for hearing, music
(MonteCristo.Band), for taste, food that changes
psychological patterns (istra.shop).
Now I am developing products for smell and touch.
Namely, only when people have all their senses clean
will we be able to say that we hear ourselves and feel
100%.

My mission is to bring people back to life.

I am John Andrew Blakemore.
In the1600’s. My family settled in the American
states of Virginia and Massachusetts. They were
prominent in governing the colonies as well as
supporting and fighting in the American
Revolution.
Through family traditions, I have been involved
in organizations that provide service and
humanitarian help to those in need. During
University, I became involved with The Easter
Seal Society and supported their great
humanitarian work. Later, I progressed to
various Charitable Orders that reach out
internationally.
My most fulfilling work is that of attending to
humanitarian needs and doing my part, in the
endless task, of working to achieve World
Peace.
I am presently donating my time as Chairman
and Administrator of the United Nations
approved NGO; World Peace Mission and
Human Rights Academy, and through that, work
to provide aid, support and medical supplies to
Ukraine during their invasion by Russia.
I have been honored with the Noble title of
Fettor/Marquis, by Raja Don Leopold Nisnoni of
Kupang, West Timor
Through my genealogical research, I recently
became aware that I descended from the
Dynastic Lusignan Crusading family. I was
welcomed into their family and Dynastic Orders
and granted the noble titles of Count of Nicaea
and Marquis of Maraclea. I am active in
recruitment of worthy candidates for their
Dynastic Orders.

Ricardo Uriegas
Ricardo Uriegas is an international affairs expert, a
multicultural and multilingual businessperson, an
entrepreneur at heart, and a risk advisor by trade
who spends his time between Mexico and the USA
and travels extensively throughout Latin America
and Europe.
Ricardo has worked with GNP (Grupo Nacional
Provincial) the largest insurance company in Latin
America, and with AIG (American International
Group) the largest insurance company in the world.
In his early years right after attending the
Universidad de Monterrey, where he obtained a
bachelor’s in international Affairs, he joined the
United States Foreign Commercial Service in 1994
and was stationed at the US Consulate in Monterrey
Mexico, and traveled throughout South America,
where he had an active role as a trade specialist for
five years plus.
After working the public sector, he joined a Venture
Capital Group out of Miami Florida, and took care of
the Strategic Alliances for the group in their South
American Ventures. In 2001 after traveling
extensively throughout South America he settled
back in Monterrey and landed a position with GNP
in their Life and Retirement division and soon
moved up the ranks and directed the creation and
positioning of a financial services boutique catering
to the high-end market in one of the richest cities in
Latin America.
During his time with the firm Profinamex which was
a GNP spinoff he had a close relation with AIG as
one of their providers for special risks insurance, of
which he became an expert. In 2007 he joined AIG
and stayed until 2017 and decided it was time to
start a new venture of his own. Uriegas formed
Purvine & Miller LLC and Urisks Advisors, the first
incorporated and located in Houston Texas, the
second a subsidiary of the first, incorporated in
Mexico with offices in Mexico, and London. Ricardo
Uriegas is heavily involved in startups and
entrepreneurial development and has participated
with a series of startups as acting CEO/ CFO, and as
an investor.
Ricardo owns a citrus farm that has been in his family for
the last 60 years plus. On top of all the activities Ricardo has
he also sits on the Board of Progresando.com, a company
catering to the export import market of North America, and
on the Board of Agile Health, Agile Health is a digital health
company dedicated to changing live improving healthcare
outcomes.
Ricardo participates as a member of the Board of Directors
of his Alma Mater, Missouri Military Academy, and acts as
the Chair of the International Committee. As a highlight and
more related to culture and religion, and a rite of passage
due to his family heritage in 2016 Ricardo was inducted as a
Knight to the Order of St. Michael Archangel within the

Jonathan Shroyer
Under the prominent leadership of Jonathan
Shroyer, the CEO, and founder of Officium Labs,
the two-year-old startup has helped numerous
companies improve their customer service
exponentially. Officium Labs has literally become
“The Future of Service.”
Mr. Shroyer believes that serving others runs in
his DNA. He has worked with reputed
enterprises like Symantec, Microsoft, and
Convergys. In the next phase, he further
upgraded his career and collaborated with SMB
and startups such as Kabam, Forte, and
Postmates. This phase was more like a trial-and-
error method for Shroyer as he was

The third phase saw him founding the highly
innovative Officium. Jonathan, a doting father,
and caring husband, dreamt of bringing to the
table “the Future of Service,” and Officium was
the medium that helped him convert this dream
into reality.
OFFICIUM LABS: THE JOURNEY SO FAR!
With a dream of shaking up the entire CX
industry, Jonathan Shroyer launched Officium
Labs with a $150k loan. At that time, the team
comprised of mere four people. Officium Labs
started with just two clients, and in two years, it
has worked for multiple renowned brands in
different industries such as healthcare, gaming,
retail, financial services, etc. In just four months,
the startup hit $1M in gross revenue.
By this time, three more team members had
joined the startup. August 2020 was a
memorable month for Jonathan as Officium Labs
finally hit $5M in gross revenue. Finally, in July
2021, the team of 31 members celebrated their
2nd Anniversary with a remarkable $10M gross
revenue.
FUTURE PLANS AND GOALS FOR OFFICIUM LABSCEO
and founder Jonathan Shroyer envisions the idea of a
“decentralized world as the future of work.” He wishes to come
up with remarkable service roles that can enhance economic
opportunity. Jonathan always tries to inspire others towards this
cause. He makes sure that whatever he does, he helps Officium
as well as other companies to accomplish the goal of a
decentralized world with improved and enhanced services.

Jonathan Shroyer, the CEO, and founder believes that the

He considers the workforce as the keystone of growth and
success for the company. Along with his all-star team, Shroyer
