Mr. Henry Leung, a professional pioneer in the market, the member of the first batch of CPAs in
Hong Kong, Senior Partner of PKF Hong Kong and the Non-Executive Director of Phoenix
Television (Hong Kong) and other listed companies. Covered by the media, he is the man with
the endless pursuit of perfection in his career.
After qualifying in 1958, Mr. Henry worked at Peat, Marwick and Mitchell (now known as
KPMG). 10 years later, he left and set up his own company-H. L. Leung & Co (now known as PKF
Hong Kong). In 2000, H.L. Leung & Co. became a member firm of PKF International-a highly
ranked worldwide association, a global network with offices in 440 cities operating in 150
countries across 5 regions, providing audit, tax, business advisory, enterprise risk, and
consulting services throughout the world.
2. With 58 years of extensive experience span from audit and assurance, business advisory,
vision and strategy development, corporate finance to implementation across a wide range
of industries (strategy to execution), Mr. Henry Leung is equipped with rich experience in
assisting clients in the development and execution of corporate performance
improvements, investing, IPO and revenue growth initiatives, etc. He has worked across all
major market particularly Mainland China and Hong Kong. As a Senior Partner of PKF
Hong Kong, Mr. Henry Leung took up successive, larger leadership roles in the past 48
years, and led the company to joining the ranks as one of the major accounting and
business consulting service providers in the territory.
After work, he is a visiting professor in university, an extramural academic advisor, an
excellent training expert, and also a member of CPPCC (Hainan). In addition, Mr. Leung is a
keen practitioner of advanced Thai Chi Chuan, a traditional Chinese martial art that
coordinates mind, body and sprit to achieve control of internal energy or Chi.
