thou shalt live, till we can find a time / To blaze yourmarriage, reconcile your friends, / Beg pardon of the Prince, and call thee back / With twenty
hundred thousand times more joy / Than thou went'st forth in lamentation" (III.iii.156–164). He was saying that Romeo should go to Juliet's chamber
and comfort her but he had to leave before the night guards take their positions. Then, Romeo had to flee to Mantua, and the Friar also promised that

Romeo And Juliet Opinions
Us kids are surrounded daily by opinions. Opinions from everyone to our parents and teachers to our classmates and friends. All these opinions
swirling around in our heads could make it hard to understand what you want for yourself. If your making a choice thats going to effect your life,
why would you base it off of someone elses opinion. Sometimes we feel the pressure to make our decisions based on others opinions. However, you
should always make your decisions based on what you want, not what anyone else wants. In the story, "The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet" both of
them, especially Juliet, made poor decsions because she let other peoples opinion get inside of her head. Juliet let the fued between her parents and
Romeos get under her skin.

Romeo And Juliet Pride And Prejudice Quotes

Elizabeth ) PRESENT THEIR LOVE AND EFFECTION TO THEIR LOVE ONES BY APPROACHING THEM IN A FORMAL MANNER. "O
Romeo, Romeo! wherefore art thou Romeo? Deny thy father and refuse thy name; Or, if thou wilt not, be but sworn my love, And I'll no longer be a
Capulet". Juliet This means Juliet is asking, in allusion to the feud between her Capulet family and Romeo's Montague family is "Romeo, why are
you a Montague?". Furthermore their love is impossible because of their family names and she asks Romeo to change his surname, or Juliet will
change hers. This quote presents Juliet's love to Romeo because...show more content...
Juliet takes her mothers line – "The County Paris, at Saint Peter's Church shall happily make you there a joyful bride." Juliet changes it to a negative,
responding to her mother with – "By Saint Peter's Church and Peter too, he shall not make me there a joyful bride." Therefore this shows Juliet is
completely against marrying Paris and does not agree that Paris will make her a 'Joyful bride'. At this point Juliet's mother is outsmarted by
Juliet's intelligence and responds with "Here comes your father. Tell him so yourself, and see how he will take it at your hands." This shows that
Lady Capulet does not have control over her daughter and passes it over to Lord Capulet to deal with because she is weak and is frightened of her
husband because he is controlling. Then Juliet's father enters and he is furious that Juliet is refusing to marry Paris. Shakespeare shows this by using
rhetorical questions, by using rhetorical questions this shows that Lord Capulet is not willing to give Juliet a chance to speak or answer any of his
questions. Lord Capulet's anger results in him threatening Juliet. He uses the phrase "My fingers itch." This means he wants to hit Juliet because she
has refused to marry Paris. Juliet feels so angry she is acting strong and she defies her father, but in that action she learns the limit of her power.

Character Analysis of Romeo Essay
Character Analysis of Romeo Romeo and Juliet is a tale of two star–crossed lovers who in their love for each other were willing to sacrifice their lives.
Romeo is a very temperamental person; his character develops considerably throughout the play in various ways. In this essay I shall be looking
closely at Romeo's character, his intentions & abilities and his relationship with other characters in the play. In the conversation between Benvolio and
Montague in act 1 scene 1, we learn that Romeo is behaving strangely and avoiding his friends, "Towards him I made, but he was ware of me and
stole into the covert of the woods." In this sentence Benvolio is explaining to Lady Montague that when...show more content...
Meaning that she does not love him and she has Dian's wit. Dian is the goddess of hunting and chasity, she avoids Cupid's arrows ; from this we
learn that Rosaline has no intention of loving him or any other man. This is further proven when Romeo confirms Benvolio's question that she has
sworn to remain a virgin. Romeo goes on to say that his love is misplaced because Rosaline has rejected him. Romeo compares his love to Rosaline
as a devote religion. His words seem mature which belies his actions, which is often irresponsible and immature. Even when his love has been
rejected, Romeo still feels heavy with the burden of love. His friends didn't take his love seriously, they thought it was humorous, silly and later
on exasperating. Romeo is hurt by Rosaline 's rejections and perhaps by his friends' indifference towards his love. We learn this when he quotes
"... love pricks like thorn...". But Mecrutio does not feel melancholy about love. He views love in a physical sense more than emotional, he
advises rather crudely " If love be rough with you, be rough with love". Romeo's actions and words in act 1 scene 5 make us doubt if he has been in
love at all, or just thinking pretending to be in love. He himself doubts it "did my heart love till now? Foreswear it, sight for I ne, er saw true beauty
till this night." By his words we gather that He

Juliet changes it to a negative, responding to her mother with – "By Saint Peter's Church and Peter too, he shall not make me there a joyful bride." Therefore this shows Juliet is completely against marrying Paris and does not agree that Paris will make her a 'Joyful bride'. At this point Juliet's mother is outsmarted by Juliet's intelligence and responds with "Here comes your father. Tell him so yourself, and see how he will take it at your hands." • 8. Character Analysis of Romeo Essay Character Analysis of Romeo Romeo and Juliet is a tale of two star–crossed lovers who in their love for each other were willing to sacrifice their lives. Romeo is a very temperamental person; his character develops considerably throughout the play in various ways. In this essay I shall be looking closely at Romeo's character, his intentions & abilities and his relationship with other characters in the play. In the conversation between Benvolio and Montague in act 1 scene 1, we learn that Romeo is behaving strangely and avoiding his friends, "Towards him I made, but he was ware of me and stole into the covert of the woods." Dian is the goddess of hunting and chasity, she avoids Cupid's arrows ; from this we learn that Rosaline has no intention of loving him or any other man. This is further proven when Romeo confirms Benvolio's question that she has sworn to remain a virgin. Romeo goes on to say that his love is misplaced because Rosaline has rejected him. Romeo compares his love to Rosaline as a devote religion. His words seem mature which belies his actions, which is often irresponsible and immature. Even when his love has been rejected, Romeo still feels heavy with the burden of love. His friends didn't take his love seriously, they thought it was humorous, silly and later on exasperating. Romeo is hurt by Rosaline 's rejections and perhaps by his friends' indifference towards his love. We learn this when he quotes "... love pricks like thorn...". But Mecrutio does not feel melancholy about love. He views love in a physical sense more than emotional, he advises rather crudely " If love be rough with you, be rough with love". Romeo's actions and words in act 1 scene 5 make us doubt if he has been in love at all, or just thinking pretending to be in love. He himself doubts it "did my heart love till now? Foreswear it, sight for I ne, er saw true beauty till this night." By his words we gather that He Get more content on HelpWriting.net
