• Share how you’re feeling – manage this

each need some time on our own.
• Let everyone share the one or two things
they want to do or achieve in that day and
agree how to make space for that.
• Build a clear routine to get a new drum beat
going that can become the new normal
• Agree who’s responsible for what
• Find time to do something together – a
walk, a jigsaw, cooking
• At certain times – turn the tech off….
• Use technology to connect with friends
and colleagues – a virtual quiz, a virtual
dinner party! Who knows what else and
share those ideas
• Talk about who’s working, where
and when
• Build a plan for the day
• Celebrate success
