 Circumstances change quickly in real life

 Not issue instructions
 Facilitate discussion, don’t demand it
• The Team creates a plan for each day

A Simple goal Setting Exercise
1. Convene the family
2. Everyone writes goals, 1 per card, for 2-3 minutes
3. Arrange them in groups
4. Name the groups
5. Order according to number of index cards per
group
• Note – Don’t plan too far ahead – things will change
