• We are a big manufacturing company in the field of
textile dyeing that are offering a dyeing for different
types of textile and clothes with a variety techniques

3. Vision
• To be a leading company in the Middle East and Africa in
the field of dyeing, through creating different types of
dyeing to be possible for all types of textile

4. Mission
• We are a modern technology centered company with a great passion
for quality and excellency so using a variety unique ways to exceed
your expectations. We are using the best ingredients. We are guided
by a sincere concern for our responsibility towards our customers

5. Goals
1. To be a pioneering company in the field of textile
2. To be the best company using the latest technology ways in textile
3. To lead the Export Market in Egypt for this field
4. To ensure the implementation for ISO Standards and quality
measurements

6. Objectives
1. To increase our export by percentage 60% through creating new markets and
facilitate new ways for shipping
2. To get an ISO certificates (ISO09001:2015, ISO17025, ISO14001, ISO22000)
regarding our field by the end of 2020
3. To organize different training courses for 250 labors by the end of 2018
4. To keep the loyalty of our present local customers by offering different ways for
payment or by a bonus system every year
5. To stick to the European standards for quality by revising our certificates versus
European once annually

7. Tactics
1. We will increase our sales team’s experience, and also offering a related training in
order to be able to get more deals, also we will contract with a huge shipping
company
2. Let it organize training for our employees in ISO standards, and to learn them to
stick to ISO standards in order to be prepared well for the certificates
3. Dealing with an education foundation and to set a part in the annual budget for
training and development
4. Reduce waste and seeking for zero defect process by continues improvement for
our machines and our human resources
