Creamy Hershey Cheesecake Minis
Graham Cracker Crumb crust
3 packages (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
½ cup Hershey Cocoa
¼ cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk (not evaporated)
3 eggs
1 ½ cups sweetened whipped cream
Fresh fruit and mint to garnish
1. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Line muffin cups
with paper bake cups or spray with cooking spray.
2. Press a graham cracker crust (about 1
Tablespoonful) into each cup. Beat cream cheese
in large bowl until creamy. Alternately add cocoa,
butter and vanilla, beating until well blended.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk.
Add eggs; beat until blended. Spoon into cups.
3. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
Refrigerate until serving time. Garnish with
whipped cream a, fruit, and mint. Makes 24
cheesecakes.
Hershey Kiss-mas Cookies
10 Tablespoons of unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups unbleached flour
¾ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
Sprinkles
24 Candy Cane Hershey Kisses
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking
sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. Cream
butter and sugar together in mixer on medium
speed for 5 minutes. Add egg yolks and vanilla,
beating on medium-high until fully combined.
2. In medium bowl, toss the flour, bakind
powder and salt together. Add flour mixture to
wet ingredients in mixer. Mix on low until fully
combined.
3. Roll dough into ping-pong-ball-sized balls.
Roll in sprinkles. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool
for 5 minutes then press a Hershey kiss into the
center and place cookie sheet in freezer for 5
minutes.
