writing to remind themselves of something, like homework assignments or
other tasks.
5. REPORT
• Report writing is a formal style of writing elaborately on a topic. The tone of a report
and report writing format is always formal. The important section to focus on is the target
audience. For example – report writing about a school event, report writing about a
business case, etc
7. ESSAY
• a piece of writing that is written to convince someone of something or to simply
inform the reader about a particular topic. In order for the reader to be convinced or
adequately informed, the essay must include several important components to make it
flow in a logical way.
