 Personalized Raymond Callertune on all our mobiles.
 Newspaper and hoarding ads at popular papers and locations.
 Mass SMS based ad campaign.
 Penetrating New Market Segments
 Online Retailing – Selling on various e-portals as Flipkart,
Snapdeal, Shopclues and so on.
 Government Tender Application – Our first client dealt by me
was Balmer Lawrei for their Security Uniform Supply.
 Reorientation of Management Policies and Strategies
 This included a more hands on and aggressive business policy,
focusing more on “Sales maximization”, rather than the usual
“Profit maximization” approach.
Conclusion
M/s Deepak Enterprises, has enough scope to expand and fulfill
it’s vision of providing the best fabrics at the best prices to all.
Recent measures taken by the firm has yielded fruitful results. It
needs to focus on creating unique and niche areas so as to
create competitive advantages in a fiercely contested market
space.
