2. What is a Billboard?
 A large outdoor board for displaying advertisements.
 They are used to capture the attention of the pedestrians and motorists that
go by them.
 They are normally placed in high traffic areas to get the most attention, they
need to be eye catching, yet cant be too distracting to the audience other
wise they are seen as a danger.
