• Organized catering and location arrangements for the first visit by AXA CEO of Middle East and
Africa to Khubar branch. Arranged for a hired venue to accommodate all staff, plus equipment and
accessories needed for speeches and award ceremony planned for the visit.
• Was involved in organization for the annual Khubar branch end of year party. This involved party
events and entertainment for staff and their families, totaling around 80 attendees.

• Audited and streamlined annual fixed expenses of institute. This lead to successfully renegotiated
buildings rental agreement with landlords, and reduced fixed expenses by 65% annually.
• Increased student intake by focusing advertisement in potential students’ areas and local villages.
Resulting in reducing the branch’s accumulated losses by about 50% in 9 months. Received
recognition and acknowledgement for this from the General Manager of Al Alamiah Institutes in
Saudi Arabia.

• Was tasked with coming up with a unique profile photo of Saudi guest speakers in the 2nd
Media
Academics Forum in Manchester. The forum’s president used one of the profile pictures as cover for
his book about Famous Saudis on Social Media.

•Researched the value and impact of end users on office building work environments for PhD thesis.
Designed a method to gather, analyze, and present problematic issues raised by occupants.
Researched and suggested solution to each case study. This resulted in acknowledgement from PhD
supervisors and examiners.

• Started to give more attention and time listening to a tutor who had a reputation of being difficult to

Saudi Snappers Photography Collective, Manchester. (Co-founder)
•Negotiated with a Manchester based English Language Institute, a £400 sponsorship for a 3 day
photography workshop. Where the workshop was held in their building as advertisement for them,
as well as a presentation and tour of their facilities by their representative.
IT and Technical skills
• Resourcefulness 2007

•Took charge of designing and printing on the newly introduced electronic cards. Also photographed
the branch’s 30+ employees, and designed a template to put their images on their cards and print
them. The branch manager praised my resourcefulness and initiative.
• Software Installation 2005

•Was in charge of updating and replacing more than 100 PCs by installing required software and
making a hard drive image to be copied in all new computer. This was done over a weekend to
